figure drawing #32
Circumstances allowed for a NuPastel drawing this week. I was happy to get back to this mainly because it adds variety to my art exercises. It's pretty different to do the full arm drawing on the 18"x24" sheets.
This was a good model who got the drawing as her reward. It was a tricky pose and she was having trouble keeping the rotation right making it pretty difficult to draw. But I really like standing poses.

Hi Dave
This is an absolutely beautiful drawing. Lots of energy but delicatey handled. Thanks.

awesome job, very inspiring! I was there for this model, but my final product wasn't so hot.
Amazing drawing David, I like the shape of the body, the head and arms are beautiful!
Very nice!
I absolutely love your life drawings man! your paintings are quite impressive! I'm glad I found your blog!
your life drawings really are tops. the shoulders and arms are well formed and expressive, the stomach has great form and subtle curve. the neck line looks like it was difficult to get, taught but not stiff. always wonderful to see your posts.
Amazing as always.
OUAH !j'adore ce dessin, il est magnifique, la pose, le contraste, tout ! bravo Monsieur ...
Yeah, there was a lot of moving going on which made it really hard to nail things down in a drawing, but you managed to pull out a pretty nice one. Good job!
Wonderful job! I really like this one.
