Figure drawing #3

I have been doing a lot of figure drawing work lately, including teaching a college course. I've liked it, and actually have noticed some improvement in my drawings, maybe just by thinking more about some of the process.

This is really nice, Dave. I wish I could draw like this. Maybe I just need to think while I draw. Apparently that's working for you.

Nice drawing. The face looks great. I 've been wanting to post some of my figure drawings on my blog, just not satisfied with any yet. Great work.

Very nice render. Good job with the smooth value changes. I like that you don't go overboard with the core shadow on alot of your figures. Where else do you draw outside of the class room?

Impressive piece!
I dig the work on the belly and the arm, the shadow looks perfect here.

really beautiful and well done, but my favourite is one portrait you published before this one, it´s so soft and the lights (you commented lights used in cinderella man) are perfect.

saludos!
