Cool image, Dave. Did you shoot the reference photo too?
No, It's a handful of reference combined with made up lighting. It still feels inauthentic to me but that's probably unavoidable when I'm making stuff up.
Would you ever consider showing the reference pictures you combined for the making of this image or an image like this in the future?
In this case I do not own the reference images and wouldn't want to post another artists work. But I will try to share some reference in the future along with the work.
