Very nicly done. Have you use mentalray ever? It will add some extra lighiting effect in your model.
I am also trying to make Mother terresa in z brush, lets see when its finish.

Amazing texture work! The colors are so vibrant and the values so balanced it looks almost like a 2d illustration more so than a 3d model.
