Drawing - step #1
I have good news as far as galleries for the new year. I intend to be producing a stack of new oil paintings. Here is a new drawing study for a painting. I will try to keep a image record of my process for this one and post it. I hope I don't screw it up.

I am looking forward to seeing some more of your oils. I like all of your work, but the oils are my favorite. Have a great 2009.
I like your oils too:) I guess for me, it's harder to appreciate an oil painting over the internet. I wish I could see the texture because they seem so smooth. On here, I spend more time looking at your drawings because I can see more of the process in them. I love the confidence your work displays.
THanks Jeremy,
Thanks a lot Dave I wish I could get more representative digital images of the oils which would help. I agree it's the drawing that reveals the most.
Hi David,
Very nice expression. waiting for color one.
Like Manoj, upon enlargement I can see where the expression is going, there is much emotion there. That is what it is all about.
Hi David:
LOVE you work - both pencil and oil! I will definitely keep checking back to see more.
