Wow, what character! Unless I am much mistaken, that would be a portrait of the late Warren B. Chestnut, of dubious repute, whom first opened "Cheers" in 1897. Many would come from far and wide to hear him dispense a wealth of wisdom for a mere $0.10 shot of whiskey...
